Green Smoothie

An amazing recipe for a healthy smoothie.


  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water (more if you like thin smoothies)
  • ½ banana (skip this - better for weight loss)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup kale


Makes 1 serving

Layer ingredients in blender, liquid first. Then blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy!
