
Green Smoothie
An amazing recipe for a healthy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water (more if you like thin smoothies)
- ½ banana (skip this - better for weight loss)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup kale
Instructions
Makes 1 serving
Layer ingredients in blender, liquid first. Then blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy!
