French Style Scrambled Eggs
A back-pocket recipe for a better breakfast.
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon (small smear) of ghee
- Chives for garnish (optional)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Heat the ghee in a small skillet on low heat. When melted and covering the bottom of the pan, crack in each egg. Then, using a rubber spatula, slowly scramble the eggs on low heat until desired consistency. Garnish with chives, salt and pepper.
