A wonderful midday snack!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp unhulled tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pinch sweet paprika
  • veggie sticks of your choice: carrots, peppers, cucumbers, etc.

Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl, add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and mash together. Add the tahini, garlic, cumin, salt, and thoroughly combine. Transfer to a small clean bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with veggie sticks.
